Health coaching, also known as wellness coaching, is a partnership between myself and the individual where I help guide you to achieve your desired wellness goals. Through nutritional support, the proper fitness program and understanding how to better manage your life stressors, together we'll bring you back to balance. Health coaching is often desirable for individuals who are experiencing anxiety, symptoms of depression, unsure of their life direction and or just need the right tools to get them back on track.

We'll also discuss how electromagnetic fields (cellphones, Wifi) may be a contributing factor affecting your health and how you can minimize their effects.
